The personal note!
The name Alice an internal developers joke at LearningStone as “LS” is used when talking about LearningStone. We thought this was a perfect, human and friendly name for our digital assistant but remember - it's AI! Alice's main job is to help you work with LearningStone. Whether you are looking for how to create a new group, how to track progress, or want to adjust the settings of a specific activity, Alice is ready with clear, direct answers.
For Alice's technical integration with AI models, we chose Chatling. Chatling is a specialized platform that we used to turn our extensive documentation and manuals into an intelligent, conversational AI model. This means that Alice is not just a "search function"; it understands the context of your questions and delivers accurate, relevant solutions based on the vast amount of knowledge on LearningStone.
We will soon introduce a brand new course timeline block in LearningStone that will also allow you to deploy AI models in your learning environment. When that goes live, Alice will be able to tell you all about implementing and using this new feature but please be patient, we are still testing!
